Your agreement with Solant
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Solant app and website. By downloading, accessing, or using Solant, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Solant.
Personal finance organization
Solant is a tool for recording, organizing, and reviewing information you provide. It does not connect to or verify information with your financial institutions. Solant does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using information shown in the app.
Accuracy of your information
Solant’s calculations and suggestions depend on the entries you provide. You are responsible for reviewing transactions, balances, currencies, account behavior, recurring schedules, and Voice Mode results before relying on them.
Subscriptions
Access to Solant’s complete functionality requires an active subscription after any introductory access period. Available plans, prices, trial terms, renewal timing, and taxes are shown by Apple before purchase and may vary by region.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account within Apple’s required period. Billing, refunds, cancellation, and plan changes are handled under Apple’s applicable terms.
If access ends, your existing information remains available for review and export, while adding or editing information may be unavailable until you renew.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use Solant lawfully, protect access to your device and exported files, review information before acting on it, and avoid attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or website except where applicable law expressly permits.
Ownership
Solant, including its software, branding, interface, design, and original content, is owned by Solant or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Solant.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Solant reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may change as the product evolves, to improve safety or performance, or to meet platform and legal requirements. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Solant, its users, or the integrity of the service.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Solant is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be error-free or meet every individual requirement. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Solant will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the app or website.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those places, these provisions apply only to the extent permitted.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Solant evolves or requirements change. The revised version will show a new effective date. Continuing to use Solant after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
